You don’t want to relax because you’ve never felt safe enough to relax. So you can only find safety in the doing, in the act of hyper-vigilance. Alertness is your status quo.

your shadow is signposting you
This week is delivering a message to you, it could be in the form of a letter, a phone call, an appointment or verdict you’ve been waiting on. It’s not necessarily something outwardly important, it might seem insignificant from the outside, but what you’re being directed to observe is how you react to this message.

this is how you make magic
Things are shifting at the moment, and they’re heading in a positive direction even though it doesn’t feel like it for you. There’s something you’ve lost out on, or feel like you’ve lost out on and there’s a lot of sadness around that, you’re spending a lot of time thinking deeply about how things could have been if you’d reached that goal or been offered that opportunity, and that sadness is valid of course but what is the root?
