why you need to hold on a bit longer

These readings are timeless. Trust what resonates and allow yourself to let go of what doesn’t.

You’ve been on a journey that feels like a battle. Of course you feel ‘over it’. There’s this urge to throw in the towel with something, you’re craving giving up. That’s what you want, but it’s only because of how you feel in this moment, and I’m being asked to remind you that this (like everything) is a temporary state.

If you could just see how close you are. Like running a marathon and giving up just a few steps from the end. Of course, you can give up if you want. You always have free will. But how will you know what you’re capable of if you don’t see this through?

Bring the light

Things always feel better in the morning. The metaphorical light of day is what is needed to help you get out of this deep pit. It’s a deep pit of overthinking, overanalysing…. you’re so deep in the self-blame spiral that the only voice you can hear is your inner critic.

But guess what, that inner critic is a part of you that doesn’t have to stay. Why? Because it’s not really you. It’s the voice of external pressures, it’s the voice of how you think you *should* perform, when what you’re being called to align with, being called to listen to, to hear clearly for the first time ever, is to listen to your own light.

That means holding on in the dark. That means soothing yourself through a dark night. That means reminding yourself that you’re safe and capable even when there are monsters hiding under the bed. This isn’t just about trusting that the sun will rise, but trusting that you are the sun.

You bring the light, you bring the warmth to your own life, when that light shines, everything becomes clear. The pain doesn’t disappear, but the light on it allows for you to think, and see, things clearly. But it can be hard to hold on to that image when it’s the dead of night, you’re overthinking and fearing the worst.

the voice of fear

The fear is here to say: this is the fight for your life.

As in, it’s time to stand up and fight for your life — not the life you think you should have, not the life that looks good to other people, not the life that you plastered on your vision board 5 years ago… the life that this version of you knows they are destined to create. The life that no one else needs to understand. A life built on solid foundations, built on values that stand the test of time.

The fear is here to say: it’s OK to be angry, it’s OK to be mad. Use that energy to fight for what you deserve.

What’s on the horizon?

Options. So many options. And you know what options feel like? Freedom. Because you’re creating a life that allows you to show up each morning and choose to align with the energy that feeds your soul and ripples out into the wider world.

The future for you is yet to be created, it’s literally all up in the air, it’s all waiting for you. The time for preparing to shift into that timeline has passed… the wheels are in motion already, even though the next chapter hasn’t been written. It’s your task to stay in the narrative, to step up, and play the lead role. It all starts to happen when you assert what you want.

Surviving shifting sands

This isn’t about material visions, like a house or a relationship – this is about you waking up every morning and asserting what you want with yourself. Yes, I do want yoga before I go to work. No, I don’t want to lose hours on my phone every day. Yes, I do want to invest time and money in my local community. No, I don’t want to spend time with people who are caught up gossip and harmful behaviours.

These aren’t external factors, these are decisions that YOU can make, and you’re being asked to make these assertions day in, day out. Moment to moment.

Learn to pause — that’s the portal where your make the decisions and move with intention instead of outdated patterns that leave you sleepwalking. There’s no more mindless action in this timeline. Only intentional alignment. The sands will always continue to shift under foot, but you’re building a solid structure that doesn’t need anyone or anything to hold it up.

There’s no scaffolding required when you are able to speak and stand in your truth.

Love you,

Fiona
